Information for Patients and Visitors:
Please contact us before your scheduled appointment or procedure and please do not come to our clinics if:
- You are unwell or have cold & flu symptoms
- You have been advised to self isolate
- You have been in close contact with someone who has been confirmed as having COVID-19
We ask that you please only bring one support person (if required) with you on the day of your appointment or procedure.
For your safety we are ensuring we have minimal people in the clinic during your visit and we also ask everyone to please bring and wear a mask at all times while in the practice.
